Sukanit has extensive experience in various kinds of litigations, especially for banking and financial litigations for almost 20 years. He represented various financial institution, banks, assets management companies and business operators as litigator in both civil and criminal litigations, viz. offence arisen from the use of cheque, default of loan agreement and other kinds of financial instrument, assignment and transfer of rights, legal execution in both civil, bankruptcy and rehabilitation cases.
